光学玻璃的清洗干净与否与方法有关系

光学玻璃的清洗分为镀膜前,镀膜后清洗,加工商应跟据镀膜前后污染物的不同,采用不同的清洗方法,选择专用的镀膜前光学玻璃清洗剂.

1、镀膜前清洗
镀膜前清洗的主要污染物是求芯油(也称磨边油,求芯也称定芯、取芯,指为了得到规定的半径及芯精度而选用的工序)、手印、灰尘等.由于镀膜工序对镜片洁净度的要求极为严格,因此清洗剂的选择是很重要的.在考虑某种清洗剂的清洗能力的同时,还要考虑到他的腐蚀性等方面的问题.镀膜前的清洗一般也采用与研磨后清洗相同的方式.
2、镀膜后清洗
一般包括涂墨前清洗、接合前清洗和组装前清洗,其中接合前清洗(接合是指将两片镜片用光敏胶粘接成规定的形状,以满足无法一次加工成型的需求,或制造出较为特殊的曲率、透光率的一道工序)要求更为严格.接合前要清洗的污染物主要是灰尘、手印等的混合物,清洗难度不大,但对于镜片表面洁净度有非常高的要求,其清洗方式与前面两个清洗工艺相同.由于镀膜层比较容易受强碱性伤害,镀膜后不能使用强碱性清洗剂,需要专用的镀膜后光学玻璃清洗剂,此种清洗剂不伤膜层,去污力强,可完好的保存膜层.
所以光学玻璃镀膜后,一般建议用专业的镀膜后光学玻璃清洗剂使用。光学玻璃镀膜常见的品质问题介绍及避免方法产生原因:因镀膜玻璃与普通透明玻璃有些光学上的差异,所以在安装使用上就有更严格的要求,其有可能产生热应力破0裂的主要原因有:1、在设计方面:镀膜玻璃的防热炸裂设计是建筑设计中必须认真考虑一个重要因素。

Cleaning of Optical Glass

The cleanliness of optical glass is related to the cleaning method. Cleaning is divided into pre-coating and post-coating cleaning. Manufacturers should adopt different cleaning methods based on the type of contamination before and after coating, and use specialized cleaning agents designed for pre-coating optical glass.

1. Pre-Coating Cleaning

The primary contaminants before coating include centering oil (also known as edging oil, used in the centering process to achieve specified radius and centering precision), fingerprints, and dust. Since the coating process has extremely strict requirements for lens cleanliness, the selection of the cleaning agent is very important.

While considering the cleaning ability of a particular cleaning agent, its corrosiveness and other factors must also be taken into account. Pre-coating cleaning generally uses the same methods as post-grinding cleaning.

2. Post-Coating Cleaning
Post-coating cleaning generally includes pre-inking cleaning, pre-bonding cleaning, and pre-assembly cleaning. Among these, pre-bonding cleaning (bonding refers to the process of adhering two lenses together with photosensitive adhesive to achieve a specified shape, either to meet requirements that cannot be fulfilled in a single process or to create special curvatures and transmittance) requires stricter standards.
The main contaminants to be removed before bonding are mixtures of dust and fingerprints. The cleaning difficulty is not significant, but the cleanliness requirements for the lens surface are extremely high. The cleaning method is the same as the previous two cleaning processes.
Since coating layers are easily damaged by strong alkaline substances, strong alkaline cleaning agents cannot be used after coating. Specialized post-coating optical glass cleaning agents are required. These cleaning agents do not damage the coating layer, have strong cleaning capabilities, and effectively preserve the coating layer. Therefore, after optical glass coating, it is generally recommended to use professional post-coating optical glass cleaning agents.
